[Visual C#]使用XmlDocument讀取發生"System.Xml.XmlException，參考至未宣告的實體nbsp"問題

Reference to undeclared entity 'nbsp'

System.Xml.XmlDocument xmldoc = new System.Xml.XmlDocument();

xmldoc.LoadXml(newStr); //Exception

起因應該是【& nbsp;】 ，但是不曉得為什麼，只要把它換掉就好了
